Thermal Imaging

We off er a thermal imaging service that has numerous applications:

Used as part of building and energy audits, thermal imaging is used to identify areas of poor or failing insulation, poor thermal performance of building components, cold bridging and air infiltration.

Thermal imaging is also used for identifying electrical wiring issues such as loose connections or overloaded cables as these show up as hot areas on the imaging.

Heat pumps can benefit from thermal imaging in diagnosis of heat exchanger issues, condenser coils, plugged filter driers and leaking ductwork.

Thermal imaging is useful in identifying water leaks and troubleshooting underfloor heating problems and identifying where the underfloor heating loops are installed and their spacing.
