Heat Pump Repair

Sooner or later you heat pump may need repairs.  Who do you turn to?  If your unit is under a manufacturer’s warranty, contact the installer (if available) or manufacturer of the product for advice.

We can repair most brands, depending on the nature of the failure.  Obtaining replacement parts is a problem for older equipment and some manufacturer’s have better support and parts backup than others.

On air to water heat pumps, a majority of the service calls relate to the water side and water flow issues, generally caused by a compromised installation and no commissioning of the unit.

On air to air heat pumps, the majority of service calls relate to clogged air filters and condensers.
